​Re: Semi-Annual Rate Maintenance Review Payments

The Department has posted the July 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 Semi Annual Rate Maintenance Review Payments in accordance with Public Act 102-0886.  These payments are meant to ensure that the hospitals assigned to Hospital Class Directed Payment Fixed Pools are paid no less than 95% of the annual initial rate for each 6-month period of each annual payment period.  The July 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 payment information can be accessed at the following link:
