​Re: 2024 Hospital Directed Payment and Passthrough and Proposed Supplemental Payments Notifications on Website

The Department has posted information in accordance with Public Act 103-0102 to the Hospital Reimbursement Notifications web page. The calendar year 2024 directed payment pools and rates as well as the calendar year hospital classification and passthrough payments have been posted under the Directed Payment and Passthrough Reports section. Directed payment rates for LTAC hospitals have been reduced per federal limitations. The report lists the directed payment rate in effect January 1, 2024, as well as the full rate that will be paid if federal limitations allow during calendar year 2024.
