​Re: Fiscal Year 2024 Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program

The Department has posted the first quarter payment amounts for the FY 2024 Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program in accordance with Public Act 102-0004. The program provides $50M annually among qualifying safety-net hospitals to preserve or enhance OB/GYN services or other specialty services at the receiving hospital.
