​Re: Medicaid Fee-for-Service Program Non-Emergency Transportation Vendor Name Change 

This notice serves to notify providers that the Department of Healthcare and Family Services’ fee-for-service Non-Emergency Transportation Vendor has changed its name from First Transit to Transdev.

Transdev may be reached Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm:

  • Customers at 877-725-0569
  • Providers at 866-503-9040

Additional information regarding Transdev’s Non-Emergency Transportation Prior Authorization Program (NETSPAP) can be accessed at their NETSPAP website.
