​Re: HFS Family Planning Program Update 

This notice makes a correction to the provider notice dated August 2, 2023, regarding the HFS Family Planning Program.

The current (2023) income eligibility limit for this program is $3,500 per month for an individual, not $3,250. As stated in the August 2, 2023, provider notice, only the individual’s income is counted (not the household income) and this amount will be adjusted annually. The amount equivalent to the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) is calculated every year and is available on the Annual Program Eligibility Standards page.
