The Department of Healthcare and Family Services is issuing the Care Coordination and Support Organization (CCSO) Handbook.

The CCSO Handbook contains information and guidance for providers designated as a CCSO by the Department and providing community mental health and care coordination services, pursuant to 89 Ill. Adm. Code 140.453 and 89 Ill. Adm. Code 141, to eligible customers in the Department's Medical Programs.
