Re:          Federal Fiscal Year 2023 Outpatient High Volume Hospital Determination

The Department's Outpatient High Volume Hospital determination has been completed according to criteria as defined in 89 IL Admin. Code, Section 148.140(f)(5). The Outpatient High Volume Hospital status granted through this determination is effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. The results of the determination have been posted to the Department's website and can be accessed at the following link:

Outpatient High Volume Hospital Determination Effective July 1, 2022        

Rate sheets for hospitals effected by this determination will be posted to the Department's website by June 30, 2022.

All other hospital's rates will remain unchanged.
