Re:      Handbook for Providers of Transportation Services Reissue

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Department is reissuing the Handbook for Providers of Transportation Services. Providers are encouraged to review the handbook in its entirety.

This handbook, in conjunction with Chapter 100, Handbook for Providers of Medical Services, General Policy and Procedures, provides information necessary for providers to receive payment from the Department. No appendix document is included with this reissue. Paper billing instructions are now contained in the Provider Handbook Supplement.
