Re:      Illinois Statewide Transition Plan (STP) Initial Approval

 This notice informs Illinois HCBS providers that on July 26, 2021, the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) notified Illinois of their initial approval of Illinois' HCBS Statewide Transition Plan (STP). 

Interested individuals may view the Illinois Initial STP Approval letter, a summary of revisions to the STP, and the CMS-approved May 3, 2021 version of the STP through the HFS website at this link:
