Re:      Institutional Billing Helpline

 

 

The Department is implementing a newschedule that will include an additional call day for the Institutional BillingHelpline effective Monday, April 5th, 2021. The call lines will beopen from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week.

 

Institutional billing questions shouldbe directed to an institutional billing consultant in the Bureau ofProfessional and Ancillary Services at 877-782-5565.
