Re:       State Fiscal Year 2021 Outpatient High Volume Hospital Determination

The Department’s Outpatient High Volume Hospital determination has been completed according to criteria as defined in 89 IL Admin. Code, Section 148.140(f)(5). The Outpatient High Volume Hospital status granted through this determination is effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. The results of the determination have been posted to the Department’s website and can be accessed at the following link:

Rate sheets for hospitals effected by this determination have been posted to the Department’s website and can be accessed at the following link:

All other hospital’s rates will remain unchanged.
