Re:      Dental Office Reference Manual – Re-issue

 

 

The Department is reissuing the Dental Office Reference Manual (DORM). Providers are encouraged to review the DORM in its entirety. This manual, in conjunction with the Handbook for Providers of Medical Services, General Policy and Procedures, provides information necessary for providers to receive payment from the Department.
