This notice informs dental providers that effective with dates of service on and after January 1, 2020, the following CDT codes have been included for coverage in the Department’s Dental Program:

A revised dental fee schedule is on the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services’ website. HealthChoice Illinois managed care plans also cover these services at the dental fee schedule or contracted rate.
