Re:      Mobile Crisis Response Certification

 

 

This notice provides an update regarding the Crisis Response specialty program approval. Providers seeking program approval as a Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) provider must meet the requirements established by the Department detailed in 89 Ill. Admin. Code 140 Table N.

 

For providers currently certified to deliver Mobile Crisis Response services, the Department will be extending their existing Crisis Certification approval period for one year, pursuant to 89 Ill. Admin. Code 140 Table N. The extended dates for Crisis Certification will be reflected on the provider’s IMPACT enrollment. Additional information regarding Crisis Certification can be found in the Community-Based Behavioral Services (CBS) Provider Handbook.
