Due Dates for FY 2020 Hospital Assessment Program

Notices regarding the FY 2020 Hospital Assessment Program will be mailed to hospitals as soon as due dates are finalized by the department. Providers will be notified through the HFS website when the packets have been mailed, and are encouraged to sign up for e-mail notifications at the link below.
