Re:      June 7th WebEx – SharePoint Site for Information Exchange with LTC Providers

Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) is scheduling two WebEx meetings for June 7th, 2019 to present information on the new LTC Exchange Sharepoint site.

 

Initially the Sharepoint site will be used by providers to download information necessary to apply for Advance Payments, and to provide lists of Rejected Admission Transactions for the State to review.  Both issues were discussed in separate provider notices posted on May 16th, 2019.

June 7, 2019 9:30am – 10:30am:    LTC Exchange Sharepoint Site 1 WebEx

 

June 7, 2019 11:00am – 12:00pm:  LTC Exchange Sharepoint Site 2 WebEx

 

The WebEx meetings will provide an overview of the Sharepoint site including how to access it, download documents, identify information returned by HFS and the workflow process for both the Advance Payment Requests and the Rejected Admission Transaction Reviews.
