Re:     Current Dental Terminology (CDT) Codes - Update

 

 

This notice informs providers that the Department is implementing the following Current Dental Terminology (CDT) codes.

Effective with dates of service on and after January 1, 2019, the following changes apply:

 

·       D1516 and D1517 replaces D1515

·       D1526 and D1527 replaces D1525

 

A revised dental fee schedule can be found on the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services website.
