Re:       Community Based Behavioral Services Handbook

 

 

The Department is issuing the Community Based Behavioral Services (CBS) Handbook that replaces the Community Mental Health Service Definition and Reimbursement Guide (SDRG), effective immediately.

 

The Community Based Behavioral Services Handbook contains information and guidance for providers who provide Medicaid Rehabilitation Option – Mental Health (MRO-MH) and Targeted Case Management (TCM) services, as detailed in 89 Ill. Adm. Code 140.453, to participants in the Department’s Medical Programs.
