Re:      Integrated Health Homes Town Hall Meetings

Please join us for a one of the upcoming Town Hall style discussions on our upcoming Integrated Health Home (IHH) initiative to significantly enhance care coordination for Medicaid members across their physical, behavioral and social care needs.

 

In the upcoming week, there are three locations where interested parties may participate in person.  There will also be a full repeat of the Town Hall session via webinar the following week on August 14 (details to follow).

 

Dates, times and details for the in-person sessions are as follows:

 

Aug 8 – 1-3p – Howlett Auditorium (capacity 500)

 

                        501 South 2nd Street, Springfield, IL

 

Limited street parking is available and the Capitol complex visitors’ lot is one block West of the building.

 

 

Aug 9 –1-3p – Midwestern University Redwood Hall (capacity 225)

 

                        555 31 st Street, Downers Grove, IL

 

Redwood Hall is located on the east side of campus near the east parking lot.  Since Midwestern is a restricted campus, please stop at the welcome center to be directed to the east side of campus.

There are two paid parking structures nearby – one on Paulina Street and one on Wood Street.
