Extension in Due Date for Payment of the May 2018 Hospital Assessment

 

The Hospital Provider Assessment due date for May 2018, originally due May 18, 2018, has been extended to May 25, 2018.

 

Providers will be notified of future assessment extensions and/or revised due dates via the website, and are encouraged to sign up for e-mail notifications at the link below.
