Re:          Federal Fiscal Year 2018 Safety Net Determination

 

 

The Department’s annual safety net determination has been completed according to criteria as defined in 305 ILCS 5/5-5e.1. Safety net status granted through this determination is effective October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. The results of the determination have been posted to the Department’s website and can be accessed at the following link:
