Re:          Chapter 100, Handbook for Providers of Medical Services, General Policy and Procedures - Reissue

 

 

The Department is reissuing Chapter 100, the Handbook for Providers of Medical Services, General Policy and Procedures. Providers are encouraged to review the revised handbook in its entirety. This handbook, in conjunction with the Chapter 200 series of service-specific handbooks, provides policy and billing information necessary for providers to receive payment from the Department for covered services.
