Due Date for Payment of the Quarterly Licensed Bed Assessment

 

The Quarterly Licensed Bed Assessment due date for long term care providers for the first quarter of fiscal year 2018 is September 11, 2017.

 

 

Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment

 

The Illinois Comptroller’s Office has issued warrants for March 2017 – June 2017 long term care services.  The following assessment payments will be due September 15, 2017. 

 

The Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment for long term care providers for the June 2017 assessment period/March 2017 reporting period originally due August 15, 2017, and extended to September 15, 2017. 

 

The Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment for long term care providers for the July 2017 assessment period/April 2017 reporting period is due September 15, 2017. 

 

The Department continues to monitor long term care pending claims at the Comptroller’s Office.  Providers will be notified of extensions and/or revised due dates via the website, and are encouraged to sign up for e-mail notifications at the link below.
