Re:     Reimbursement Rate Increase Effective July 01, 2017

This notice informs SLPs that Public Act 100-0023 provides for a 2.8% increase in the Medicaid reimbursement rate effective July 1, 2017, for all Medicaid-eligible residents of Supportive Living Providers (SLPs).

 

The SLP Medicaid Rate Map located on the HFS website has been revised to provide the increased reimbursement amounts for each of the seven SLP rate-setting areas.

 

Since updated rates were not entered into the system until the end of August, HFS will process adjustments for any claims that have already been accepted and priced at the previous rate.  Providers do not need to void and rebill their July 2017 claims.
