The Departments of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) and Human Services (DHS) continue to review operational procedures and identify ways to improve efficiency. This notice informs Long Term Care (LTC) providers of the addition of a third (3rd) DHS LTC office (“hub”). This office will provide additional LTC experienced staff to increase productivity and more evenly distribute workflow. Workflow for the Medical Field Operations (MFO) offices will be based upon the DHS Region of the county in which the facility is located.
