Re:      Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment Extension in Due Date for Payment

 

 

 

 

The Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment due date for long term care providers for the December 2016 assessment period/September 2016 reporting period, originally due February 15, 2017, has been extended to March 15, 2017.

 

The Illinois Comptroller’s Office has issued warrants for July 2016 and August 2016 long term care services. The following assessment payments will be due February 15, 2017.

 

The Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment for long term care providers for the October 2016 assessment period/July 2016 reporting period originally due December 15, 2016, and extended to February 15, 2017.

 

The Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment for long term care providers for the November 2016 assessment period/August 2016 reporting period originally due January 17, 2017, and extended to February 15, 2017.
