Re:   Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment Due Date Extensions

The Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment due dates for long term care providers for the October 2016 assessment period/July 2016 reporting period and the November 2016 assessment period/August 2016 reporting period, originally due December 15, 2016 and January 17, 2017, respectively, have been extended to February 15, 2017. The Department will continue to work with the Illinois Comptroller’s Office to monitor payment status and will advise providers of any further extensions through our website.
