Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment

The Illinois Comptroller’s Office has issued warrants for May 2016 and June 2016 long term care services.  The following assessment payments will be due November 15, 2016. 

The Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment for long term care providers for the August 2016 assessment period/May 2016 reporting period originally due October 17, 2016, and extended to November 15, 2016. 

 

The Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment for long term care providers for the September 2016 assessment period/June 2016 reporting period due November 15, 2016. 

 

The Department will continue to work with the Illinois Comptroller’s Office to monitor payment status and will advise providers of any necessary future extensions to previously established due dates via this website.
