The Monthly Occupied Bed Provider Assessment due date for long term care providers for the August 2016 assessment period/May 2016 reporting period, originally due October 17, 2016, has been extended to November 15, 2016. The Department will continue to work with the Illinois Comptroller’s Office to monitor payment status and will advise providers of any further extensions through our website.
