Chapter 100 16-01

The Department has updated its Third Party Liability (TPL) Code Directory to assist providers in identifying participant insurance coverage.  Chapter 100, General Appendix 9 has been revised and contains a link to the updated directory.

General Appendix 9

Remove General Appendix 9 in its entirety and replace with page HFS General Appendix 9 (1) dated July 2016.
