A revised fee schedule for transportation providers, effective July 1, 2015, is posted to the HFS website.

There are no changes in the procedures for billing the department. Providers should continue to bill their usual and customary charge for each procedure code. The department will adjust and recoup any overpayments for claims that have been processed and paid at the higher rate since July 1, 2015.

 

These rate changes apply to fee-for-service reimbursement. If services are being provided under a Managed Care Organization (MCO) or Managed Care Community Network (MCCN) contract, please refer to those contractual terms.
