Re:​ Dental Office Reference Manual Update Sections 1.04 & 14.00​

This informational notice is to notify you of the changes in the Dental Office Reference Manual (pdf)(DORM). Following is an outline of the changes:

  • Language was updated in section 1.04, removing the reference to the All Kids yellow canary card.

  • Information has been added to section 14.00 to clarify the policy on auditing provider’s dental charts.
