The Handbook for Local Education Agencies, Chapter U-200, Policy and Procedures for Local Education Agencies has been updated and is being re-issued by the department. Providers are encouraged to review the handbook in its entirety.

The Handbook for Local Education Agencies, Chapter U-200 is available on the department's Web site in an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view or print the handbook, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available to download free from the Adobe homepage.
