Healthy Start/MPE Income Standard amounts are increased due to 2014 Federal Poverty Level statistics

Effective February 19, 2014, the Healthy Start/MPE Income Standard amounts are increased due to 2014 Federal Poverty Level statistics.  Please use these revised income guidelines when completing form KC 3166, MPE INCOME WORKSHEET (Appendix A in the MPE training manual).

For providers who are completing MPE applications in the new ABE system, these guidelines have already been updated and will automatically be applied in calculating the applicant’s financial eligibility for MPE coverage.
