Dear Chief Financial Officer / Chief Executive Officer:

The Department has revised the outpatient APL reimbursement rates for Critical Access Hospitals. Letters have been posted to the Department's Web site for rates effective July 1, 2012, forward. The Critical Access Hospitals' letters are in PDF format and are available for download on the HFS Reimbursement Web page.
