The purpose of this bulletin is to add information on the department's reimbursement policy for laboratory and radiology services provided at hospital owned off-site clinics in addition to an office visit to the Practitioner Handbook. These reimbursement instructions can be applied to services already provided as long as the timely filing deadlines are met. This information was omitted, in error, from the Practitioner Handbook issued by the department in August 2010.
