This addendum, issued by HFS on October 5, 2009, is now considered part of the August 31, 2009, notice regarding Prior Approval for Trips to Group Psychotherapy.
Additional Information
The group psychotherapy service limitations do not apply to trips to hospital outpatient Type A and Type B psychiatric services. First Transit has been notified of this clarification.
