Re: Important Notice Regarding State Maximum Allowable Cost (MAC) Pricing

The department is currently evaluating new vendor proposals for the administration of the State MAC Program. Until the vendor award process is completed, the department requests that providers direct inquiries regarding the State MAC rates, the drugs on the State MAC rate list, changes in product availability, or other relevant questions, comments, or concerns about the State MAC list to HFS staff by contacting the Bureau of Pharmacy Services toll-free at 1-877-782-5565, option 7 or by faxing 217- 558-1531.
