Re: Handbook for Providers of Therapy Services Re-Issue
The Handbook for Providers of Therapy Services, Chapter J-200, Policy and Procedures for Therapy Services is being re-issued by the department. Providers are encouraged to review the handbook in its entirety. This handbook, in conjunction with the Handbook for Providers of Medical Services, Chapter 100, General Policy and Procedures, provides information necessary for providers to receive payment from the department for therapy services.
The re-issued Handbook for Providers of Therapy Services is available on the department’s Web site at:
