The Handbook for Providers of Encounter Clinic Services, Chapter D-200, Policy and Procedures for Encounter Clinic Services is being issued by the department. Providers are encouraged to review the handbook in its entirety. The new handbook, in conjunction with the Handbook for Providers of Medical Services, Chapter 100, General Policy and Procedures provides information necessary for providers to receive payment from the department for clinic services.
The Handbook for Providers of Encounter Clinic Services, Chapter D-200, is available on the department’s Web site at http://www.hfs.illinois.gov/handbooks/
