Hospital assessment for the first through third quarters of fiscal year 2007 ​

The department has determined that the hospital assessment payment for the first through third quarters of fiscal year 2007, will not be due as originally scheduled (originally due on March 20, 2007). Your hospital will receive a notice and new remittance card prior to the new due date.
