The Handbook for Home Health Agencies, Chapter R-200, Policy and Procedures for Home Health Agencies has been reorganized and rewritten. Providers are encouraged to review the handbook in its entirety. The new handbook, in conjunction with the Handbook for Providers of Medical Services, Chapter 100, General Policy and Procedures provides information necessary for providers to receive payment from the department for home health services.

The Handbook for Home Health Agencies, Chapter R-200, is available on the department's Web site at <http://www.dpaillinois.com/handbooks/>. It is in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view or print the documents, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available to download FREE from the Adobe homepage at <http://www.adobe.com>. Printed copies are available upon written request. To ensure delivery, specify a physical street address when making a request for a paper copy. Submit your written request or fax to:
