Effective April 1, 2003, the Department's authorized agent for the Non-Emergency Transportation Services Prior Approval Program (NETSPAP) will change its name from DynTek Services, Inc. to First Transit, Inc. There will be no change in the address or telephone numbers for First Transit, Inc.  

Questions regarding the NETSPAP process should be directed to First Transit, Inc. at 1-877-725-0569. Questions regarding the billing of transportation services should be directed to the Bureau of Comprehensive Health Services at 217-782-5565.
