Calendar Year Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program – July 1, 2026 – September 30th, 2026

The Department has posted the Calendar Year 2026 Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program calculations for the period July 1st, 2026 through September 30th, 2026.

These calculations have been completed in accordance with Public Act 102-0004.  The program provides $50M annually among qualifying safety-net hospitals to preserve or enhance OB/GYN services or other specialty services at the receiving hospital.  The calculations and payments files can be accessed at this link.
