The Department has posted the Calendar Year 2026 Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program calculations for the period January 1st, 2026 – March 31st, 2026.
These calculations have been completed in accordance with Public Act 102-0004. The program provides $50M annually among qualifying safety-net hospitals to preserve or enhance OB/GYN services or other specialty services at the receiving hospital.
