The Department has posted the Calendar Year 2025 Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program calculations for the period October 1st, 2025, through December 31st, 2025.
These calculations have been completed in accordance with Public Act 102-0004. The program provides $50M annually among qualifying safety-net hospitals to preserve or enhance OB/GYN services or other specialty services at the receiving hospital.
