ASSESSMENT AMOUNT CORRECTION – Fiscal Year 2026 January through June 2026 Hospital Inpatient and Outpatient Assessment Programs – Notice of Assessments and Assessment Adjustment Calculations

This notice informs providers of corrections being made to hospitals’ notice of assessments and assessment adjustment calculations. By informational notice published December 1, 2025, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) provided information on inpatient and outpatient assessments for January 2026 through June 2026.
The Department has been made aware of assessment amount errors on the recently mailed inpatient and outpatient assessment remittance notices, dated November 26, 2025. Corrected reports will be put in mail immediately with a “REVISED ASSESSMENT DATA” label. Due to the error on the Department’s part, the two-week window for responding to requests for electronic copies will be waived.
