Extension in Due Dates for Payment of the June, July, August, and September 2025 Incremental Hospital Assessments

The Department is extending the due dates for the tax payments associated with the following retroactive MCAP payments:

| June 2025 | November 17, 2025 | December 4, 2025 |
| July 2025 | November 21, 2025 | December 8, 2025 |
| August 2025 | December 1, 2025 | December 18, 2025 |
| September 2025 | December 5, 2025 | December 22, 2025 |
It is imperative that ALL hospitals pay the taxes timely or ahead of the due date for the payment schedule to remain as close to the published dates as possible.
Providers will be notified of future assessment extensions and/or revised due dates via the website and are encouraged to sign up for e-mail notifications at this llink.
