Correction - Distribution of Rate Year 2026 Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) Determination |
The original Rate Year 2026 Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) Determination letters posted to the HFS website on October 1, 2025, incorrectly stated:
“For rate year 2026, appeals must be received or postmarked no later than Wednesday, October 30, 2025”.
The correct statement is as follows:
“For rate year 2026, appeals must be received or postmarked no later than Friday, October 31, 2025”.
