Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) has added presentation slides and a recording of the September 19, 2025, Quarterly Illinois EVV Townhall webinar to the EVV Townhall section of HFS’ EVV website.
The next Quarterly Illinois EVV Townhall webinar is expected to occur in early December of 2025. HFS will communicate a specific date and registration link to individuals signed up to receive HFS EVV communications.
Illinois Department on Aging (IDoA) Community Care Program (CCP) and Illinois Department of Human Services—Division of Rehabilitation Services (IDHS-DRS) Home Services Program (HSP) Provider Agencies: Please note that the State and HHAeXchange anticipate distribution of “Welcome Letters,” including dates for Informational sessions, in the Fall of 2025. EVV Policy questions should be posed to IDoA at Aging.EVV.Support@Illinois.gov and IDHS-DRS at DHS.EVV@illinois.gov.
